What Is Sexual Harrassment?
Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome comments or conduct based on gender that
creates an intimidating or offensive working, learning or living environment and that
causes substantial interference with the rights or opportunities of the victim. Examples
include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and stalking.

Title IX specifically prohibits any form of discrimination based on gender or gender identity, including pregnancy or marital status.
